Bay Area/Lake Tahoe. Was curious if anyone else has encountered this problem. If you switch to the 4-Wheel Drive High mode and put the car in reverse and turn the wheel all the way to the right or left, it seems as though the car won't back up easily. You really have to give it some gas to go, much different from normal 4 wheel drive mode.

We had an 03 tahoe with the 4.8, That vehicle "never" failed us and we allways enjoyed the room for luggage and kids on roadtrips. The only drawback is that it was extremely under powered. Traded it in on an 08 denali xl and without a doubt is the most comfortable/powerful road vehicle we have ever owned.
